Loir Valley, charming priory classified ISMH - Pays de la Loire

Description

12th and 17th century priory listed by the ISMH (12th century framework and 13th century murals). Located 35 km north of Tours, on the edge of the departments of Sarthe and L’Indre et Loire, this historic presbytery offers a peaceful non-isolated living environment in the heart of the village. Ancient moats and a charming washhouse overlooking the river adorn the 5500 m² wooded park.
The main house, contiguous to a Romanesque church, offers an area of approximately 400 m² (14 rooms, 9 bedrooms), a small guest house (1 large room, a kitchen, a bedroom), outbuildings and a swimming pool (11×4, 80 heated heat pump).
Work to be planned (especially insulation), even if the priory is immediately habitable and has great comfort.
